This combination of an NBC primetime hit and an amazing Princess® ship promises to deliver light-hearted entertainment to millions of television viewers across the nation. See how teams prove they can lose weight even when faced with the temptations of a cruise vacation. During the course of the show, contestants are encouraged to take advantage of the wide variety of healthy dining choices available on Princess ships. They also make use of the many exercise options: working out with machines and taking classes in the Lotus Spa® Fitness Center, swimming laps in the many pools and jogging on a track with a view. In addition, the teams compete in an emotional reward challenge onboard. This competition takes team members throughout the vessel, showcasing some of the premier ship locations.
